Spirituality and Sustainability
In today’s world a growing number of people are exploring and looking for new ways to bring meaning and a sense of purpose to their life. In their private lives, but also in their careers. This “spiritual sense-making” in combination with the issues companies face today in relation to sustainability brings both challenges and new opportunities for organizations.

In the Business Soul program we add four extra P’s: Passion, Potential, Purpose and Prosperity as the seven laws for personal & organizational development and spiritual sense making.

Who We Are
Business Soul is a co creation between Rishis and the value agency. We are experienced in bringing sustainability and spirituality successfully to life at an individual-, team- and organizational level. As a team, we bring together a wide range of experiences. We have worked across different sectors (multinationals, NGOs, education and publishing sector) and geographies (developed and emerging markets) in a variety of positions and assignments.
We bring expertise in change management, spirituality & consciousness in the workplace and sustainable business models. We combine our diverse skills, take an integral approach and customize our services to meet your specific needs.

Rishis organizes a wide range of activities (lectures, workshops, coaching, courses and business events) on the cutting edge of personal development, leadership and spirituality. the value agency is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concept agency. We develop CSR concepts in which (international) business and social/environmental value creation are strategically combined. We are a values-driven organization, combining practical idealism with a business mentality. Connecting people, organizations & ideas and making a positive change, lie at the heart of our day tot day work.

Hubertine Roessingh
Hubertine has lived and worked in Brazil, India and Thailand and her domain of expertise include Corporate Social Responsibility, sustainable development and leadership. She has practical experience in building bridges between social and commercial organizations.
Hubertine is the owner & co-founder of the value agency, a CSR concept agency in which international business and social/environmental value creation are strategically combined. She has lectured at Amsterdam University an interdisciplinary course in Sustainable Development and studied Masters in International Development Studies and degree in Marketing & Communication. Also she has studied and practiced yoga, meditation and breathing techniques in India since 2005 and she is a Reiki practitioner since 2000.
Dieuwertje Damen
During her studies International Development, Culture, Organization and Management in Amsterdam Dieuwertje developed a great passion in Corporate Social Responsibility. She worked extensively with organizations and entrepreneurs in Africa and Asia within the field of design, fair trade and market development for Dutch Design in Development (www.ddid.nl).
Dieuwertje supported many business to give meaning to CSR within the context of the CSR concept agency the value agency (www.thevalueagency.com). This made her realize even more that companies have enormous potential to create long-term economic development. She fully & truly believes in the power of a company's business soul. ´I made it my goal in life to support companies to find this business soul and enable them to create value to the world strategically and substantially`
Saskia Beugel
Saskia is founder/owner of Rishis Club for Free Souls and graduated at the University of Amsterdam with a degree in Marketing & Communication. Saskia was employed at VNU Magazines as Brandmanager of Cosmopolitan en Marie Claire and later as a Marketing Manager and Publishing Director of Intermediair, newmonday.com, Management Team & Sprout.
Saskia is a personal coach, yoga teacher and integrated reader & healer (School of Life, based on Barbara Brennan University of Healing) and a Reiki practioner. ‘My passion is coaching people on their personal leadership and develop tailor made programs on spirituality, leadership and consciousness. With my approach I connect process, culture, content, atmosphere, (inner) power and sensitivity.
